That’s from Mel Brooks’ ‘History of the World, Pt. 1′ during the last timeframe of the movie, ‘The French Revolution,’ when all the peasants are meeting in a shanty to discuss overthrowing the king, and Madam LaFarge gives a moving speech about how the beggars are begging from beggars, and how she herself just the week before, had run out of wool, although she keeps knitting anyway. Then she thrusts her hands out several times emphatically while talking and when she brings them back, she pops her own boobs, and you hear the *hiss* as her boobs deflate.
