3) The video is funny, but as a stop-smoking ad, it’s stupid. Smoking kills because it makes you think small rodents trapped under carpets are packs of cigarettes? Kind of missing the point…

As a smoker, I can definitely say this is the least offensive and most effective anti-smoking ad I have ever seen.

I was expecting this movie to be a commercial, but I didn’t expect that it would be an anti-smoking commercial. The commercial is kind of funny, but totally misses the point as an anti-smoking ad.

This is actually an urban legend i heard a good three or four years ago.
Despite all this– I love the ad! It’s a creative way to present an old concept! It’s also the reason I want wood flooring…

I agree. This commercial, while funny, completely misses the point. I think most Anti-smoking ads do. I used to be a smoker and what got me to quit was $5 a pack and having to catch my breath after walking up a flight of stairs. It was a pain in the @$$ but I feel 100 times better now. If they spent more time and money actually promoting awareness, they would be more successful. In Canada they make it simple, it reads right on the pack of cigarettes , “SMOKING KILLS”. Be warned though guys! The craving….it never goes away!
